A hand-crafted lure as listed in the store takes seven days to produce. Thanks for your patience.
I use Canada Post for shipping.
Refund Policy
If you are having an issue, email rockyviewcustomlures@gmail.com and we will get right back to you.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date, so if you do want to return your purchase – please email rockyviewcustomlures@gmail.com. We are unable to pay for the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds returned to you via PayPal.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email rockyviewcustomlures@gmail.com.
